Libertea, London, October 2011 - September 2012
Following the Doors and Windows shows throughout 2011, Libertea, an organic cafe in North London, expressed an interest in showing Paul's work. This was a chance to work closely with the owners to create a bespoke selection of images to fit with the decor and atmosphere of the cafe.
Beginning with a wide range of work from 2009-2011, Paul worked together with the manager and staff to create a final selection, adding two images from the Doors and Windows series.
The pictures were then grouped together and hung specifically in small clusters that complemented each other and the space around them. The unique collaborative nature of the selection process made for an unusual show that includes some of Paul's personal favourites. The exhibition proved to be extremely popular with staff and customers alike, eventually running for an entire year.
